At Christwin, we are committed to delivering your sculptures and art pieces safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and courier partners.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on major public holidays.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage & Cost

  • Christwin offers Free Standard Shipping across the United States (domestic orders only).

  • There are no shipping charges for standard delivery, and all applicable details are displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, peak seasons, or high-volume shipping periods.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, Christwin works with trusted courier partners, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and delivery destination.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via email.

  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Christwin is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather or natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address, or

  • failed delivery attempts,

reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
