Return Policy
Christwin offers a 30-day return policy to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction. This Return Policy explains how returns work, eligibility conditions, and return procedures.
The return period begins from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

The item must be in its original packaging, including all parts/accessories (if any)

Proof of purchase is required
Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless:

the item was received damaged or defective, or
-
the wrong item was shipped by Christwin

In these cases, Christwin will provide a prepaid return shipping label (free of charge).
Returns & Exchanges
Returns: Accepted for both defective and non-defective items (subject to eligibility)
Exchanges: Available if you’d like to replace your item with a different size, color, or design, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized sculptures

Special-order or made-to-order items

Items returned without original packaging
Exceptions apply only if the item is received damaged or defective.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact Christwin before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Christwin reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.
Approved returns will be forwarded for refund processing according to our Refund Policy.
