Refund Policy

At Christwin, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued, the refund process timeline, and applicable limitations.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The item has been returned in accordance with our Return Policy

  • The returned item is received in unused, undamaged, and original condition, including original packaging

  • The return request falls within the allowed return period (30 days from delivery)

  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Customized, made-to-order, or special-order sculptures are not eligible for refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected at our facility, the refund process will begin.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection approval

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated

Refund Timeline (Important)

After your refund is initiated, your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account:

  • Credit/Debit cards and payment providers may take 3–10 business days

  • Total refund timeline may be up to 10–14 business days in some cases

Refund Amount

Refunds include:

  • The product price

  • Applicable sales tax (if any)

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges (if any), unless the return is due to our error

  • Return shipping costs, unless:

    • The item was received damaged

    • The item was defective

    • The wrong item was shipped

Partial Refunds / Rejected Returns

Christwin reserves the right to deny or partially approve a refund if:

  • Returned items show signs of use, damage, or alteration

  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, or parts are missing

  • The return does not meet eligibility requirements

In such cases, the item may be returned back to the customer or may qualify for a partial refund depending on the condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting images or information may be required to process your request promptly.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will fall under the Return Policy.
