Yes, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return Policy.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on major public holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping charges may apply.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting images may be required so we can assist you promptly.
